Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro
In combination with the corresponding evaporator system, the Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro automatic module enables efficient, unattended operation around the clock.
The innovative Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro module consists of the following main components:
24/7 automation:
- Automatic filling of the evaporation flask.
- The mixture is drawn into the evaporation flask by negative pressure.
- Automatic venting and emptying of the collector.
- The system is first ventilated and then drained by overpressure.
- Automatic optional residue drainage
- If the level sensor in the evaporator flask no longer detects any change in the running process, the drainage is triggered.
- Automatic refilling of the liquid.
- A sensor detects the level and, if necessary, triggers automatic refilling of the medium.
- Automatic sensor monitoring of the flask for the distillate.
- Automatic system shutdown after the end of the process.
- A sensor detects when the educt vessel is empty and puts the system, including the peripheral devices, into an operationally safe condition.
